How do I choose the right roast level?
We offer a range of roast levels to match every taste. Our single origin coffees are roasted light to medium to highlight unique flavor notes and the work of the farmers — they change seasonally and are great for those who enjoy variety and clarity.
For everyday brewing, Symphony is our smooth, balanced medium roast, while Harmony has a gentle brightness that’s easy to enjoy. Crescendo is roasted slightly darker to bring out boldness — it’s especially good for espresso and milky drinks. And for those who love a rich, full-bodied cup, Melody is our darkest roast — bold, smooth, and never bitter.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
Yes — you can choose between whole bean or freshly ground coffee. We grind medium for most drip brewers and coarse for French press or cold brew. Just select your preference when ordering or leave a note at checkout — we’ll make sure it’s ready for your brew method.
How fresh is the coffee when I receive it?
We roast every Tuesday and ship or pack orders the same week, so your coffee is always fresh — never sitting in a warehouse or pre-bagged for weeks.
When will my coffee ship or be ready for pickup?
Orders placed by Monday at midnight are roasted fresh on Tuesday. We ship orders as soon as they’re packed — typically the same day — and you'll receive a tracking number by email once it’s on the way.
If you select local pickup, your coffee will be ready on Thursday or Friday between 12–5 PM. We’ll send you a pickup confirmation email as soon as it’s available.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes — local pickup is available at our Grandview facility. Just choose "Pickup" at checkout.
We’re open for pickups on Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00–5:00 PM. You’ll receive a pickup confirmation email as soon as your order is ready.
