Decaffeinated using the innovative sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process, this method preserves the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity without harsh chemical solvents. Ethyl acetate is derived from locally fermented sugarcane molasses, offering a clean, natural way to remove caffeine while protecting delicate flavor notes.
