Shipping Policy

We roast coffee and craft chocolate in small batches to ensure everything arrives as fresh as possible. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons or holidays, it might take a little longer. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order heads out the door.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order ships.

Local Pickup
Live nearby? Select free local pickup at checkout. Orders are roasted on Tuesdays and ready for pickup on Thursdays or Fridays from 12 pm to 5 pm at our Grandview facility:

Warm Weather Chocolate Shipping
From May through September, you’ll have the option to add warm weather protection at checkout. This includes insulation and ice packs to help prevent melting during transit. We highly recommend choosing this if temps are above 75°F in your area. If you opt out, we can’t guarantee the condition of your chocolate upon arrival.
