Colombia Pitalito – Huila is a high-altitude, washed Colombian coffee sourced from small family farms in southern Huila, known for producing clean, balanced, and versatile cups. Grown between 1,670–1,950 MASL and roasted fresh, this coffee is featured as a rotating selection in our Coffee of the Month Club.

This region in southern Ethiopia is celebrated for its unique heirloom varieties and balanced cup profiles that differ from neighboring Yirgacheffe and Sidama.

Meet Chorus, our signature blend that combines the best of Brazil, Colombia, and Nicaragua in one beautifully balanced cup. We begin with Brazilian coffee for its smooth, chocolatey foundation that lends comforting richness to every brew. Carefully selected Colombian beans add a bright touch of gentle acidity, bringing a lively spark to the flavor. To finish, a natural processed Nicaraguan coffee layers in a subtle sweetness and soft fruit notes that round everything out. This thoughtful combination showcases the complexity and character of specialty coffee, roasted fresh for exceptional quality you can taste.

Tanzania

Grown at high elevations in the Mbozi region of southern Tanzania, Hezya Usawa Kahawa is more than a delicious cup — it’s a coffee with purpose. Produced by nearly 300 smallholder farmers, many of them women empowered through the Usawa Kahawa Project, this washed-process lot offers vibrant notes of apricot, cocoa, and black tea. Ethically sourced and sun-dried using traditional methods, it’s a clean, balanced roast that supports both quality and equity — one brew at a time.
