Our September Coffee of the Month features a washed processed coffee from the El Trebol Women’s Association.  This association is located in the Coromoro, Santander region of Colombia.  The El Trebol association was formed to help recognize high-quality coffees and pay fair / higher prices.  Most farms range in size between .5 and 5 Hectares.  All associated farms are shade-grown with no direct sun exposure.  This allows slower ripening and more complex flavors.
