Our September Coffee of the Month features a washed processed coffee from the El Trebol Women’s Association. This association is located in the Coromoro, Santander region of Colombia. The El Trebol association was formed out of necessity to help recognize the high-quality coffees and to pay fair / higher prices. Most farms range in size between .5 and 5 Hectares in size. All associated farms are shade-grown with no direct sun exposure. This allows slower ripening and more complex flavors.
