The Encore Experience

Go behind the scenes at Encore Coffee & Chocolate with an exclusive VIP experience at our roasting facility.
Each package includes admission for up to 6 guests for a private introduction to the world of specialty coffee and craft chocolate. You'll learn how coffee is sourced, roasted, and evaluated while experiencing a live coffee roasting session. Each participant will receive a freshly roasted 12 oz bag of coffee from the roast completed during the experience.
The visit also includes an introduction to bean-to-bar chocolate, featuring a guided chocolate tasting and a look at how chocolate is crafted from cacao bean to finished chocolate bar. Each participant will also select one in-stock chocolate bar to take home.
Each participant will receive:
- One freshly roasted 12 oz bag of coffee
- A guided chocolate tasting
- One chocolate bar of their choice from our current in-stock selection
Experience Terms
- Admission for up to 6 guests.
- All guests must be 18 years of age or older.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- All guests must wear a hat, hairnet, or other approved hair restraint in production areas.
- Experience must be scheduled Wednesday–Saturday by appointment and is subject to availability.
- Experience must be completed by October 4th, 2026
- Coffee and chocolate selections are subject to availability.
- Encore Coffee & Chocolate reserves the right to reschedule due to production needs or unforeseen circumstances.
