When will my gear order ship or be ready for pickup?
We typically fulfill in-stock gear orders within 48 hours — unless your order includes roasted coffee. If coffee is part of your order, everything will ship or be ready for pickup after our next roast day (Tuesday) to keep it fresh and consolidated. You’ll receive a tracking number or pickup confirmation email as soon as your order is ready.
What’s the best way to store my coffee?
We recommend storing your coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture — not in the fridge or freezer. For best results, we suggest using an Airscape canister, which actively removes air to keep your beans fresher for longer. It’s the same storage solution we use in our own kitchen.
Are your brewing accessories beginner-friendly?
Yes — especially the Clever brewer, which is our easiest and most approachable option. It makes consistently great coffee with a simple steep-and-release design that’s perfect for everyday use. Whether you’re new to brewing or just want a no-fuss method, the Clever is a customer and team favorite.
What’s the easiest way to measure coffee accurately?
The easiest way to get consistent results is with a Planetary Design stainless steel coffee scoop — one scoop (about 2 tablespoons) per 12 oz cup is a great starting point. For even more precision, we recommend using a Hario scale to measure by weight. It’s the same gear we use to get balanced, repeatable brews every time.
