Introducing the exquisite Mexico Chiapas! ☕✨ Our coffee beans originate from small producers in the town of Siltepec, central Chiapas.

The Chiapas Highlands are rich in rainfall and nutritious soil. The coffee farms at 1200-1750 MASL are naturally shaded by a lush forest canopy that blankets the Sierra Madre de Chiapas mountains.

For January, we are featuring a washed processed coffee from the Soconusco, Chiapas region of Mexico. This region is in the southwest corner of Chiapas along the border of Guatemala.  This area has ideal conditions for cultivating great coffee; the rich volcanic soil, mild climate, and plenty of rainfall are optimal for coffee growing.
