These strictly high-grown raw coffee beans were meticulously cultivated using traditional farming methods, shade grown techniques and carefully crafted through de-pulping, fermentation, washing, and sun-drying processes.

The local community in Siltepec relies on agriculture, with coffee at its core. The coffee farms in Siltepec thrive thanks to their proximity to the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, known for its abundant tree species diversity in North and Central America. The forests act like a sponge, absorbing moisture from rain and mist, providing vital farm nourishment.
