Coffee bush with mainly green cherries

Cauca is a Department of Colombia located in the country's southwestern part.  Cauca is a volcanic and mountainous region where the five major Colombian rivers nourish the earth to create the perfect environment for producing smooth and rich coffee.  Cauca faces the Pacific Ocean, and the coffee is grown in the valley's mountains.  Coffees from Cauca benefit from high elevation and cool nights growing. This coffee is very balanced but has real depth to the body. With tasting notes of caramel and toffee, an underlying sweetness makes you want to sip this coffee all morning.
