Once again, we celebrate the Holidays by offering our Happy Holidays Blend as our coffee of the month for December.   This year's blend is made from two coffees - a natural processed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopian, and a washed coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala.  The base of this blend is Ethiopian coffee providing a smooth fruity, sweet coffee.   We add a touch of the washed Guatemalan to round out the flavor with a touch of body and acidity.   This coffee pairs well with snowstorms, warm fireplaces, and relaxing weekend mornings.
