Colombia - Inza, Cauca

Our Colombian coffee from a consortium of ten farmers situated in Inza, Cauca. Inza is nestled within the mountain ranges of the central Andes and is positioned at the crossroads of the Cauca region, bordering Tolima and Huila. The elevated altitudes of this region create stable growing conditions. The coffee originates from a cooperative formed by these ten farms, which united in 2015 with the goal of enhancing quality, securing better pricing, and increasing production volume. This collective cultivates approximately 20 tons of coffee annually.
