Choose your bag size and grind preference—we’ll handle the rest. Each cycle, you’ll receive a fresh roast from our lineup of single-origin coffees, along with the occasional seasonal blend.

Every delivery is designed around your schedule—you’ll get a reminder email before each one, with two days to pause or make changes. If you’re all set, we roast on Tuesday and prepare your order for shipping or pickup.

Q1: When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?

A: We roast every Tuesday in our Kansas City facility. Orders placed by Monday at midnight are roasted the next day and shipped the same afternoon. Local pickups are available Thursday and Friday from 12–5 pm.

Q2: Can I change or skip a shipment?

A: Absolutely! You’ll receive a reminder email before each delivery with two days to pause, skip, or make changes to your subscription. You’re always in control.

Q3: What coffees will I receive?

A: Each cycle features a curated, freshly roasted single-origin coffee or seasonal blend from our rotating selection. It's a great way to explore new flavors every time.

Q4: Can I choose my grind size and bag size?

A: Yes! You can select your preferred grind (Whole Bean, Drip/Medium, or French Press) and bag size (12 oz, 2 lb, or 5 lb) when subscribing.

Q5: What if I want the same coffee every time?

A: If you’ve found your favorite, check out our Blend Subscriptions, which deliver the same Encore coffee each cycle.

Q6: Is there a commitment or cancellation fee?

A: Never. Our subscriptions are flexible and commitment-free. You can cancel anytime—no strings attached.
