Nestled in the heart of the Guatemalan Highlands within the Sierra Madre mountain range, Lake Atitlán stands as the crown jewel of southwestern Guatemala. This mesmerizing body of water boasts the title of Central America's deepest lake, and it's here, on the fertile slopes of the San Pedro, Atitlan, and Toliman volcanoes, that our coffee farms flourish. Enriched by the nutrient-rich volcanic soils and blessed with unique microclimates, these farms benefit from constant irrigation provided by the gentle lake breezes.
Our dedicated producers employ meticulous hand-picking techniques to select only the finest coffee cherries, which are then carefully depulped, naturally fermented, and sun-dried to perfection. The result is a medium-roasted coffee that delights the senses with its harmonious fusion of chocolate and caramel notes, culminating in a clean and perfectly balanced finish.
