Happy Holidays Blend

Once again, we celebrate the Holidays by offering our Happy Holidays Blend as our coffee of the month for December.   This year's blend is made from two coffees - a natural processed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopian, and a washed coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala.

Honduras Pacavita Organic

This month Home Barista Coffee Club is a washed processed coffee from the Pacavita region of Honduras. The region features biological reserves and mountain ranges resulting in beautiful coffee cherries that are sun-dried once washed. 

Guatemala - Huehuetenango

This month Home Barista Coffee Club is a washed processed coffee from the La Libertad sub-region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. The high altitude, fertile soil, abundant rain produce some of the best coffees in the world. 

El Salvador - Finca La Montañita

Our September Tour Stop origin lands us in El Salvador.  This coffee is rich in flavor with a sweet smooth mouthfeel; chocolate, toffee, and lemon flavors.

Costa Rica - Tarrazu

This month Tour Pass coffee is a honey-processed coffee from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. This region has ideal conditions to cultivate great coffees. 

Brazil - Mantiqueira de Minas

This month Tour Pass coffee is a golden raisin processed coffee from the Mantiqueira de Minas region of Carmo de Minas, Brazil. 

Ethiopia - Yirgacheffe

This month Tour Pass coffee is a natural/dry processed coffee from the Wenago district of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The high altitude, fertile soil, and abundant rain produce some of the best coffees in the world. This coffee is juicy with tasting notes of strawberry, blueberry, cherry, and toffee.

Colombia - Cauca

Cauca is a Department of Colombia located in the country's southwestern part.  Cauca is a volcanic and mountainous region where the five major Colombian rivers nourish the earth to create the perfect environment for producing smooth and rich coffee.

Papua New Guinea - Jiwaka Western Highlands

April's Tour Stop coffee is grown in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Papua New Guinea is north of Australia and is located in the eastern half of the Island of New Guinea, which falls within the Pacific "Ring of Fire."
