February features our great coffee from the Fraijanes Plateau growing region, one of 8 regions classified by the association. Fraijanes lies between two volcanoes: the Cerro Redondo Volcano, right beside the farm, and the Pacaya Volcano, one of four active volcanoes in Guatemala.

Mexico - Chiapas
For January, we are featuring a washed processed coffee from the Soconusco, Chiapas region of Mexico. This region is in the southwest corner of Chiapas along the border of Guatemala. This area has ideal conditions for cultivating great coffee; the rich volcanic soil, mild climate, and plenty of rainfall are optimal for coffee growing.
